RAFFLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

gitti GmbH (the “Company”) welcomes you to its site. Participation in this raffle (the “Raffle”) is governed by the following raffle terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).

1. General. The competition is organized by the Company and will be announced on its website or other media platforms (the “Raffle Announcement”). The Raffle will end at the conclusion of the Term (defined below). Any changes to the Raffle will be announced to the public in the same media form as the Raffle Announcement.

2. Term. The Raffle will begin at 12:00 a.m. on October 30, 2023, and run until 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2023 (the “Term”).

3. Eligibility. To participate in the Raffle, the participant must (i) live in the United States and (ii) be of legal age in the State in which such participant resides. A participant may not be an employee of the Company.

4. Raffle Enrollment. To enroll in the Raffle, the participant must sign up for the Company’s newsletter with a valid email address during the Term through the link provided in the Raffle Announcement (the “Raffle Enrollment”). A participant may only enroll once. No purchase necessary.

5. Winning Participant. The Raffle drawing will be conducted by the Company in January 2024 (the “Drawing”). The Drawing will be at random, and the winning participant will be notified at the email address provided during the Raffle Enrollment.

6. Prize. The winner will receive a one-time use discount code from the Company in the amount of $250.00 (the “Prize”). The Prize can only be used when ordering from the Company’s U.S. web store. If the entirety of the Prize is not used in the first order, the unused balance will be forfeited. The Prize must be redeemed prior to 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2024, 11:59 p.m.

7. Odds. The odds of any participant winning the Raffle is random. Participant’s can expect to have a 1:10,000 chance of winning the Raffle.

8. Exclusion. In the Company’s sole discretion, a participant will be disqualified if such participant attempts to falsify the Drawing. by any technological means. Any hateful or offensive comments or messages on any of the Company’s media platforms will result in the participant being excluded from the Drawing. If the winner of a Drawing is later excluded, a new drawing will be conducted randomly.

9. The Company’s Reservation to Make Changes. At any time, the Company may, in its sole discretion, discontinue the Raffle (either temporarily or permanently) without giving reasons and without any winners being drawn. In this case, and prior to the expiration of the Term, a winner will not be drawn.

10. Legal Regulations. By participating in the Raffle, participants accept the Terms and Conditions and the data protection regulations found on the Company’s website. Participants also agree that, by entering the Raffle, their personal data will be stored and processed by the Company for the purposes of running the Raffle, for advertising purposes, and for sending offers and information. Consent to the storage and processing of personal data may be revoked at any time by sending an e-mail to privacy@gitti.de. The competition is not directly related to the social media platforms on which it is conducted and is therefore not sponsored or supported by them. The operators of the social media platforms, in particular Facebook and Instagram, are not available as contact persons for the respective competition. Comments on social media platforms will remain and continue to be publicly viewable until deleted by the person commenting.
