You'd like to return your gittis?

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with the product  or you simply wish to cancel your order, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund or an exchange within 14 business days from delivery.

For all returns-related requests, please contact us using our contact form, and provide us with your order number and the reason for return.

Withing 24 hours, we will provide you with return  instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number. This number is necessary for the accurate processing of your return. We unfortunately cannot guarantee the handling of returns sent back without an RMA.

Costs:

gitti does not cover the costs of shipment for returned products, except in the case of defective products.

Refund or exchange:

Within 5 business days after receipt of the returned goods, we will either process a refund for  the products or arrange for the shipment of replacement products..

Refunds will be provided via the same payment method used in the original order.

Exchanged products may not be subject to further replacement unless reasonable reason is provided.
